Enzyme Development Corporation, New York, NY, has earned OMRI Listed certification for its “no sulfite added” papain, Enzeco Purified Papain RS Concentrate. This means that Enzeco Purified Papain RS Concentrate may be used in certified organic production or food processing and handling according to the USDA national organic production rule.
